Rosewood Bangkok in the short time they have launched in Bangkok have become somewhat of a foodies institution for finer hotel grub. Nan Bei for example earned itself a Michelin Plate within the 2 years of operating.
Their G&O outlet is on the pulse with current food conscious trends, offering a variety of healthy cuisine with an emphasis on organic and natural ingredients locally grown and sourced and finally, Lakorn European Brasserie, which serves up Western and Thai cuisine with modern adaptations by Chef Pun who has worked in France, Hong Kong and China at culinary hotspots such as Maison Pic in Velence, France and Restaurant L’Oasis in Mandelier, France.
Now foodies can experience Rosewood Bangkok’s delectable options for home delivery, prepared as 3 or 4 course sets and at competitive prices! Customers may order the hotel’s signature cuisines curated as complete meals and with options to add on gourmet refreshments and pastries to be delivered right to Bangkok residents’ doorsteps. Bangkok Foodies were fortunate to experience their “Healthy Set to Go” from G&O and “Power Lunch to Go” from Nan Bei. Quality of all dishes and beverages were indisputable.
From Nan Bei, the Hot and Sour soup delivered the right amount of savoury, with a delicate amount of spice, jammed-packed with juicy Sea Scallops and Tiger Prawns, the value is certainly surprising.
At Rosewood Bangkok, this value also extends to the Gang Bao White Prawns with organic chicken served separately with jasmine rice and flavoured with Sichuan Pepper and Peanuts which had everything going for it in terms of aromatic spices, playful texture and beautifully well-rounded flavours, the Chinese Broccoli is also cooked wonderfully to perfect, with that perfect balance of moisture and crunch one always looks for in cooking Chinese vegetables.
Healthy set from G&O, Pumpkin Veloute, is divinely silky starter, with accents of Brie Cheese, Pumpkin Seed and of course, crispy Croutons to complement, however, the Label Rouge Salmon is an extraordinary deal, slathered delicately in Teriyaki, the huge serving of poached salmon is served with Hibachi-style rice.
There’s an option to wash your meal down with Rosewood Bangkok ‘s homemade Kompuchas or end decadently with Lakorn’s Croissants, muffin or Mango Danish.
