The DEAN OMG Plant-Based Burger
Rich and juicy, the Dean OMG Plant-Based Burger tastes just like real meat. Featuring a plant-based protein patty by Harvest Gourmet that is high in protein and a great source of fiber, the natural-color patty boasts ingredients such as soy, wheat, beets and coconut oil. Teamed with caramelized onion, champignon mushroom, rocket, Emmental cheese, Parmesan cheese, and seasoned with aromatic truffle mayo, balsamic and olive oil, before completing the satisfying veg-friendly burger with buttery brioche buns. Zaab Chargrilled Plant-Based Salad
A light and healthy menu option with a refreshing and fiery taste featuring chargrilled plant-based meat with mixed green salad, rocket, baby spinach, roasted Japanese pumpkin, red onion, cherry tomato, red radish, boiled egg, sliced almond and topped with spicy red wine vinaigrette. Hola Chargrilled Plant-Based Taco
This Mexican-inspired dish boasts flour tortilla tacos with filling of chargrilled plant-based, flavourful salsa, red cabbage slaw mixed with Mexican spices, and topped with fresh coriander. A comfort food classic featuring plant-based schnitzel and French fries, served alongside DEAN & DELUCA’s signature velvety smooth tartar sauce consisting of caper, red onion, gherkins, lemon juice and mayonnaise. Available at DEAN & DELUCA Central Embassy, Emquartier and The Crystal.
Plant-Based Penne Pink Bolognese
A creamy concoction of plant-based Bolognese resembling minced pork combined with al dente penne pasta. The dish is completed with crackling thin parmesan cheese crisps and fresh parsley. Available at all DEAN & DELUCA stores except Kensington Learning Space and King’s College International School.
Kaprow Plant-Based Couscous
An easy-and-go menu choice for office workers or those who have limited time on their hands, the dish comprises chargrilled plant-based, couscous, quinoa, sautéed broccoli, sautéed shimeji mushroom and poached egg. Spice it up with spicy kaprow sauce, dried chilli and holy basil.
