The healthy new plant-based dishes, including burgers, tacos, pasta and more, have been specially created with Harvest Gourmet.

Due to shifting lifestyles, new generations as well as older adults are increasingly attracted by food that is healthy both for themselves and the planet. They are more oriented towards plant-based options, considering them a way to achieve better health. For the first time ever, global plant-based food brand HARVEST GOURMET™ and DEAN & DELUCA, an iconic gourmet food and beverage brand from New York, have held hands to craft six healthy menu options from plant-based ingredients, enhancing options for health enthusiasts and “flexitarians,” or those wishing to abstain from meat (vegetarian), to enjoy delectability of special picks by the restaurant.

New healthy plant-based dishes are available at Dean & Deluca.

The six plant-based dishes offer alternatives for health enthusiasts. Apart from containing high protein and being rich in fiber, they also promote sustainability as plant-based food requires fewer natural resources, and fewer greenhouse gas are emitted to the atmosphere. The six new dishes include:

The DEAN OMG Plant-Based Burger

Rich and juicy, the Dean OMG Plant-Based Burger tastes just like real meat. Featuring a plant-based protein patty by Harvest Gourmet that is high in protein and a great source of fiber, the natural-color patty boasts ingredients such as soy, wheat, beets and coconut oil. Teamed with caramelized onion, champignon mushroom, rocket, Emmental cheese, Parmesan cheese, and seasoned with aromatic truffle mayo, balsamic and olive oil, before completing the satisfying veg-friendly burger with buttery brioche buns.
